STAFFORD TOWN. Friday, November 15 th. (Before M. Keogh, Esq., Warden). Maekie v. Thomas and Party. — Illegal possession of share in a claim at Piper's. Case dismissed, with costs of Courfc. GOLDSBOBOUGH. Monday, November 18th. Healey and Mate v. Parties' names unknown. — Illegal possession of slabs belonging to complainants' claim. Case dismissed without prejudice. Action to be taken in Resident Magistrate's Court. STAFFOBD TOWN. Tuesday, November 19. Cherry and Party v. King and Parfcy. The defendants were summoned for depriving Pretty Woman's Creek of its water supply, and preventing working of complainants' claim. L 5 compensation claimed. Judgment for plaintiff, with L 3 damages and costs of Court. Egan and Party v. M'G-rath and Party. — The complainants stated that defendants were holding surplus ground at Kelly's Terrace, Piper's Diggings. Case dismissed, dejendants paying costs.
