R., having taken the above wellknown hostelery, begs to inform his friends and the public, that he has made arrangements for the most efficient band procurable, and intends making considerable alterations to render this the most respectable and popular place of amusement in the town. Mr Walter Hawkins, a well-known caterer for amusements, has been engaged as M.C. M. RIORDAN, having taken the above well-known establishment, begs respectfully to inform his friends and the public, that he intends to render this at once the most comfortable house in town. The whole establishment has boen entirely refurnished, and neither pains or expense has been spared to render it all that can be desired. THE RESTAURANT, in which seats are provided for 100 persons, has been fitted-up with every modern appliance which could contribute to the comfort of the visitors, to ensure which has been the especial desire of the proprietor. The cusine is under the supervision of himself, which -will guarantee satisfaction to the most fastidious, whilst the ever varied Bill of Fare will afford ample choice to satisfy epicureans. THE BEDROOMS are spacious, clean, and well- ventilated ; permanent, or temporary boarders may, therefore, depend upon their comfort and convenience, whilst at the same time the charges are strictly moderate.
