BY the 18th and 19th Sections of tho Weights and Measures Ordinance, the Inspector is empowered to enter any shop, house, mill, store, or out-house, &c, to examine all weights and measures, and to seize all such as are unstamped. And any person found to be in possession of unstamped weights or measures is liable to a penalty of Ten Pounds.
