|STAFFOED TOWN. Friday, September 6. (Before M. Xeogh, Esq., R.M.) Dhunk and Incapable. — John Prel, not appearing, charged with this offence, had his bail of LI forfeited. Tuesday, September 10. Breach or Public House Ordinance. — James N. Owen was summoned for committing a breach of this Ordinance, and admonished. Destbuction of Property. — John Anderson was charged with wilfully destroying Government property of the value of L 2 10s. Fined Us, and to pay value of the property destroyed.
