Monday, September 9. Norden-and Co. v. Loza and Co. — The plaintiff' stated that the defendant had broke away head race, and diverted water from same into their own on left hand branch of Waimea. No appearance. Case dismissed.

Nelson v. Ball andgparty. — Depriving a portion of Stouey Creek of its water supply, and obstructing the working of claim by backing water on same. Judgment by consent for plaintiff, water to run in natural course of creek. Permission given to plaintiff to remove dam of which complaint had been made.
