This property may, without exception, be characterised as the safest and most lucrative investment now, or at any time likely to be in the market, the wood trade alone securing a profit of quite £40 a week, clear of all expenses. The Tramway is completed over one and a half miles in length, and commands a forest of timber that will last for years. The sole and only reason for this valuable property being brought under the hammer is the closing of the partnership and immediate dissolution thereof by the proprietors.
