The plant is all in perfect order, and consist of a new 20-horse power horizontal engine, with multitubular boiler, the poppett heads, pumps, self-feeder, sluice boxes, connections, and all the works are in perfect order, and could be immediately set in action. The shaft is 151 feet down, and drives have been commenced. The office, engine house, blacksmith's shop, boiler house, and store room, and all tools necessary for properly carrying on the mine are on the ground. Additional winding gear, trucks, cages, flat sheets, ropes, and tackle of all necessary descriptions have lately been received from Melbourne. The reason for offering this very eligible property is the inability of the shareholders to provide funds for carrying on the works to a successful issue. No reasonable doubt can be entertained of the richness of the ground, as the claim is almost surrounded by good naying claims, some of which have proved five payable bottoms.
