All the events of the week will be carefully recorded,, and intelligence will be given by electbic teleghaph and otherwise, to the latest moment before publication. The literary department of The Despatch will comprise Comments on the Public Events of the Day, Original Essays, and Tales and other Selections from the current periodical literature. The Despatch will be marked by many special features including " Notes and Queries," Popular Games, Columns for Family Roading, and Local Sketches and Kotabilia. No. 1 of The Despatch will contain the first chapter of a ! . Popular Novel, to be continued from week to week, and " Notes by a Desultory Man." To meet the convenience of all classes,the price of the Despatch has been fixed at Sixpence. A very large Town Circulation is anticipated. ADVERTISEMENTS will be charged at the following rates :—: — For first insertion, 3s per inch. i J For each subsequent insertion, Is 6d per inch, Advertisement will be received at the office, up to the evening preceding the day of publication.
