The Persia arrived at Queenstown yesterday, from New York on the 15th of May. Mr DaA'is appeared before the Circuit Court of Richmond, and Avas admitted to bail at 100,000 dols. The bail bond requires him to appear before the Court on the 24th November next. On Mr Davis being discharged from custody he Avas loudly cheered and warmly congratulated. He is going to Conada to visit his children, who are at school there. Mr George Bancroft has been appointed United States Minister at Berlin.
