Sporting. ' All horses must be ridden in colors. In all, or any disputes, the decision of the Stewards to be final. Any dogs on the course will be destroyed. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. A Qualification Fee must be paid by each owner (except packers) that enters or nominates a horse or horses, on the following scale, viz., for one or more l^ents, under L5O, 1 soy. ; for L5O, 2 •soys. ; for LlOO, 3 soys. — but the said fees kiot to be accumulative. Subscribers oS 3 or more soys., are not required to pay' any fee for qualification.
