TTNTIL further provision be made iv that behalf, Certificates of Exemption from Pilotage, under the 16fch Section of the " Marine Act, 1866," will be issued on application to the Marine Department, Wellington; or, to the Collectors of Customs, at Auckland, Napier, New Plymouth, Nelson, Lyttelton, Hokitika, Dunedin, and the Bluff. Every person making application for any such certificate, must furnish a certificate from the Harbor Master or principal Nautical Officer of the port or ports, in respect of which the exemption is claimed, that such person is qualified to conduct and navigate his vessel into and out of such porb or ports, and must also state the name of the vessel commanded by him.
