Sporting. All horses must be ridden in colors. In all, or any disputes, the decision of the Stewards to be final. Any dogs on the course will be destroyed. All stakes paid leas 5 per cent. A Qualification Fee must be paid by each owner (except packers) that enters or nominates a horse or horses, on the following scale, viz., for one or more events, under LSO, 1 soy. ; for LSO, 2 soys. ; for LIOO, 3 soys. — but the said fees not to be accumulative. Subscribers of 3 or more soys., are not required to pay any fee for qualification.
