VTOTICE TO MAIiINERS. CONSTANT BAY, PAKIHI. A Flagstaff has been erected on the North Point, .where tlie following signals will be shown : — Hed flag ar, masthead — Boats can enter. Bluo flag at masthead — Low water, wait for tide. White flag — Entrance dangerous, surf too heavy for boats. BULLER RIVER.
