For Bluff Harbor and Dunedin (transhipping into the Rangitoto at Dunedin for Melbourne)— The LORD ASHLEY, on or about 21st. The Panama, New Zealand, and Australian Royal Mail Company's steamship M A T A U R A, 1767 tons register, 550-horse power, Geobgb Edward Bird, R.N.R., Commander, Is appointed to leave Wellington for Panama, on SATURDAY, Bth DECEMBER, with Her Majesty's mails for PANAMA, SOUTHAMPTON, and INTERMEDIATE PORTS. Passengers, specie, and goods from Melbourne, Sydney, and New Zealand Ports, booked through to Southampton, Panama, and Colon, for the East and West Coasts of North and South America, and West Indies First-class passengers are allowed 20 cubic feet for luggage : second-class, 15 cubic feet. All luggage must be delivered at the company s office twenty -four hours before the departure of the steamer, when it will be labelled, manifested, weighed, and measured.
