Note. —After the despatch of the European mails, via Suez, in November next, all letters and book-packets from New Zealand addressed to the United Kingdom, the Continent of Europe, via the United Kingdom, America, and the West Indies, will be transmitted invariably by way of Panama unless, specially directed to be sent otherwise.
