A UCTION SALE of Town, Suburban,' A and Rural Allotments in the Manawatu district, in the Province of Wellington. * Notice is hereby given, that Town, Suburban, and Rural allotments in the townships of FOXTON and PALMEESTON, in the Manawatu District, will be put up to public auction at this office, on WEDNESDAY, the 7th day of November next, at one o'clock p.m. The township of Foxton is situated in the Lower Block, and contains the shipping port, with a large number of valuable Town Allotments, also Suburban and Rural sections at Motoa, of excellent quality. The towDship of Pahnerston is situated in the Upper Manawatu Block, and contains Town, Suburban, and Rural allotments. A large portion of the Suburban and Rural allotments are laid off along the bank of the Manawatu river; and the
