These are open to be competed for by youths wherever born or resident ; but the successful candidate must be a student at the College to entitle him to hold the Scholarship. Youths, to be eligible for admission, must have attained the age of nine year 3, and be able to read and write with facility. Tuition fees for the above course, £3 per quarter.
