Breach of Poucb Ordinance.*— Patrick Purcell was charged, on tlie information of Samuel Turner, with unlawfully and maliciously breaking and destroying, on the Ist instant, two doors in a fence, beIpngiug- to complainant, thereby doing injury to the amount of L2O. The information was withdrawn, as the complainant intends to take his remedy in a oivil action.

Collins t. Glynn. — Judgment was given in this case for the plaintiff, for the full amount claimed, L 52 I Is 9d, and costs. Walker v. Linneman. — Judgment for plaintiff for L 4* 2s, the amount paid into Court, and costs. ,
The Court then adjourned until eleven o'clock to-morrow (this day).
