We have received the following telegram from Mr Bradshaw, one of the Otago Goldfields membors : —

Wellington, Friday, 4 p.m. The House of Representatives, by the Goldfields Act Amendment Bill, reduced Mindrs' Rights to ten shillings. The Upper House have again raised the fee to the same rate as at present, viz., one pound.

A telegram was received from Warden on West Coast, that miners are satisfied with their present taxes.
