THE BATTLE OF CUS TOZZA.
( A supplement of the " Official Gazette" of Florence contains the following report of the Italian losses in the battle of Custozza of the 24th ult. The loss among the officers was 69 killed, 203 wounded, (i 3 prisoners, atul 20 missing. The Ist Army Corps had 369 men killed, 1759 wounded, and 2853 prisoners and missing. The 2nd corps, 2 woundod and 9 prisoners. In the 3rd corps there were 281 killed, 1135 wounded, and 1362prison6rs and men missing. The reserve cavalry division had 1 killed, 13 wounded, and 38 prisoners. Total loss in men, 651 killed, 2909 wounded, and 4252 prisoners and men missing.
Among the Italians wounded at the battle of Custozza, was George Manin, son of the illustrious Venetian patriot. He had twice before been wounded, and at the breaking out of the present war was still in such bad health as to be exempt from service. lie joined the army, however, as a volunteer, and served on the King's staff in the late battle.
