Fisher, as agent for Mr Thomas Innes, of Port Chalmers, Otago, the mortgagee, to submit to public auction, on the above date, 48-G4th Shares of the fine new clipper schooner Maid of Erin, 73 tons register, 130 tons burthen, on a draught of seven feet, eminently suitable for the "West Coast trade. The Maid of Erin was built at luckland about eighteen months since, and is faithfully built, coppered, and copper fastened. 3903'
