New York, June 16. The House of Representatives concurred in the Senate's amendments to resolution on reconstruction. The resolution, as amended, has now passed
both Houses, but requires ratification by the State Legislations. General Santa Anna has issued a proclamation from New York, offering his services to the Republican cause in Mexico, and exhorting the Mexicans to unite,' to expel "the Usurper Maximilian. The President has vetoed the Bill granting important privileges to Motan-arain-nesota. The departure of Austrian troops for Mexico has been suspended. Money is abundant. Gold, 158. J.
