Whilst tho Station man was loading a drny, a cab horse bconme frightened, and striking the man on the breast forced three of his ribs into tho right luug. Ho was taken to tho Hospital. The "Press' 1 of this morning has an article upon the disfranchisement of Westland, in reference to a telegram stating the substance of an article in " Despatch.' 1 The " Press" thinks an easy remedy may be fouud, by tho General Assembly passing a special Act, so that the West Coast members may bo elected before the meeting of the Provincial Council.
