Donne, lato lossoo of tho Thoatro Royal and tho Royal Princess Theatre, Dunedin, has tho honor to intimate that, having failed to effect arrangements with tho management of the Princo of Wales Opera Houso for tho above-named Troupo to appear at that thoatro, ho has been compolled to avail *himself of tho only other suitablo public building in tho town, viz., tho Thoatro Royal (originally built for tho Stovens' Troupo) which has boon kindly placed at his disposal by tho proprietor, Mr Smith. Mr Donno bogs to state tho Thoatro will bo well lighted and seatod, and ovory caro taken to contribute to tho comfort and convenionco of visitors. Smoking will bo strictly prohibited, and Ushers will bo in attondance to sco that ladios and gentlemen securo thoir rosorved soats, and will othorwise" attend to tho good ordor of tho establishmont.
