It disfranchises fourteen boroughs by grouping together ; saving 49 seats, and re-distri-butes seats thus: 26 to counties, 16 to boroughs, 7 to Scotland. There has been an unsuccessful attempt to assassinate Bismarck. May 11th. The whole Austrian army has been placofl on war footing. The panic in Paris is unparalleled.
