A corner house, centrally situated having a frontage of 24 feet to Mawhera Quay, by a depth of 68 feet, with a frontage of the above depth to another firstclass street, doing at present the best bartrade of any hotel on or near Greymouth. The expenses are merely nominal. The bar and large room may be seen crowded daily 5 the proprietor is disposing of it, having made a sufficient competency, and is desirous of returning home.
