A constable thoroforo proceods this morning to tho scene of the accident to mako any necessary inquiries and bury tho poor follow. Wo have beon unable to ascertain the name of tho deceased, he is said to have a brother mining down south. Last night, Kelly, tho mate of Burgoss, who was oxamined and discharged yostorday on tho chargo of boing conoernod in stealing the rovolvors from tho camp, was oapturod by Sorgoarfc Dyer, and this morning will bo brought beforo tho magistrate on a chargo to be mado by tho polico.
