Wo tako the following from tho " Times" of Saturday :—: — y Tho first collection of duty on goods entorod for consumption at tho port of Okarita was made on Thursday, when £85 13s 9d was paid on freight per Phoenix, from Dunodin. Tho last shipmout of gold from Okaritu was mado by tho steamer Bruco on tho 13th inst., and consisted of 3613 ozs., shipped by tho two local banks.
