Passengers for Melbourne will bo transferred to the steamship " Tararua," at Bluff Harbor. The paddle-steamer " Persevere*' will convey passengers on board free of charge. For the convenience of passengers proceeding to England by tho new lino, via Panama, the "Claud Hamilton's" passage throagh tho various ports will be expedited, so that she will arrive in Wellington the day before the despatch of the first steamer to England, via Panama. Sttiamers leave Panama three times a month for California, tho West Coast of South America, and New York, and twice a month for Southampton.
