It is expected that General Carey will bo sworn in on Monday. Arrived — Annie and Mary, from San Francisco, with about 800 tons of oats and barley. The China from Foo Chow Foo via Sydney, with eighty half tierces of Dove twisf tobacco, which has been sold for one of the neighboiing markets.
