HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notfiied that he has fixed Friday, the sixth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty , six, at the hour of noon, at a special sitting of the Waste Land Board at Greymouth, as the time and place when a sale by auction of Town Lands shall take place, in accordance with clause 24 of the Waste Land Kegulations, subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the Kegulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Land of the Crown, now in force within the Province of Canterbury. Applications Avill be received by the Waste Land Board, at Christchurch on and up to Friday, the Twentythird day of March ; and at the Survey Office, Ilokitika, and the Magistrate's Office, Greymouth, for transmission to the Waste Land Board, at Christchurch, on and up to Saturday the Seventeenth day of March, One thousand eighthundred and sixty-six, 1597 Edw.
