Regulations for tub guidance of Intekpino Exhibitors. An exhibition of the produots, manufactures, and arts of Notv South Wales, *outh Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and Victoria, will be held in Molbourno in 1866. The Exhibition will open not earlier than tho month of August, and will remain open for not less than two months. The Commissioners will bo pillared to receive artioles intended for exhibition from the Ist to the 21st of July inclusive. In order to givo the C.imniissiouers tho opportunity of making adequate arrangements, forms of implication for spaco should be sent in without delay, and in no case will applications bo rccoived lator than tho 17th Juno, 1866. Intending exhibitors aro rcquest°d to givo a full description of their goods on the form on tho other sido am l particularly to describe all points of novelty or originality in tho objects exhibited. Exhibitors must state whether they aro the designers, inventors, manufacturers, or producers of the articles they propose to exhibit. The Commissioners restrvo to themselves the right to receive for exhibi ion only, and not for competition (if spneo admit), any object not the pioduceof tho above-mentioned Colonies, which may be considered to possess especial merit. Tho Commissioners declino to receive any nrticlo thoy may think unsuitable to tho Exhibition, or objects of an inflammatory, offonsive, perishable, or dangerous character. Counters and wall space will be provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be delivered at tho building at tho chargo and risk of tho oxhibitor. Articles and packages will be unloaded at the building. Should the exhibitors or their agents not be present, tho packages will c opened by the otti> ccrs of the Exhibition, and tho contents distributed with caro, but at tho risk of tho exhibitor Tickets will bo issued to every oxhibitor, his agent, or servant, to enable him to pass into the building between cortain hours to arrange the articles for exhibition These tickots must he produced on entrance, and given up when required. Exhibitors may employ assistants to keep in ordor the articles they exhibit, or to explain (them to visitors, after obtaining written pormission from tho Commissioners to that effect) Free admission, within limits to be fixed by the Commissioners, will be givon to visitor or thoir ngents Effeoiuul means will be taken, through tho agency of tho polico nnd otherwise, to guard ngainst firo nnd protect the property in the exhibition ; but tho Commissioners will not be responsible for losses by fire, robbery, accident, or damago of any kind. Mcd its or certificates of merit will bo awarded in the different elapses Prices may bo affixed to the articles exhibited Articles of great size and weight, the placing of which will requiro considerable labor, must bo sent on or before the 14th of Juno ; and penons wishing to exhibit maohinory or othei objects that will requiro foundations, must make a declaration to that effect in thoir application for space.
