Regulations for toe guidance of Intkndino Exhibitors. \An exhibition of the products, manufactures, and arts of New South Wales, {South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and Victoria, will be held in Melbourne in 1866. The Exhibition will open not earlier than tho month of August, nnd will remain open for not less than two months. Tho Commissioners' will bo prepared to receivo aitiolcs intended for exhibition from the Ist to the 21sfc of July inclusive. In order to givo the Commissioners the opportunity of making adequate arrangements, forms of application for spaco should be sent in without delay, and in no caso will applications bo received later than tho 17th June, 1866. Intending exhibitors are request°d to give a full description of their goods on the form on the other Bide am l particularly to desoribe all points of novelty or originality in the objeots exhibited. Exhibitors must state whether they are the designers, inventors, mauufaoturers, or producers of the articles they propose to exhibit. The Commissioners reserve to themselves the right to receive for exhibi'ion only, and not for competition (if space admit), any object not the produco of tho above-mentioned Colonies, whioh may bo considered to possess especial merit. The Commissioners decline to receive any article thoy may think unsuitable to tho Exhibition, or objects of an inflammatory, offensive, perishable, or dangerous oharaotor. Counters and wall apace will be provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be dolivcred at the building at tho charge and risk of the exhibitor. Articles and paokages will he unloaded at the building. Should tho exhibitors or their agents not bepresent, the packages will be opened by the officers of the Exhibition, and tho contents distributed with care, but at the risk of the exhibitor. Tickets will be issued to every exhibitor, his agent, or servant, to onablo him to pass into the building batween certain hours to arrange tho articles for exhibition. These tickets must be produced on entrance, and given up when required. Exhibitors may employ assistants to keep in ordor tho articles thoy exhibit, or to explain them to visitors, after obtaining written permission from tho Commissioners to that effeot. Free admission, within limits to be fixed l)y the Commissioners, will be given to visitors or their agents. Effectual moans will ho taken, through the agency of tho pQlice and otherwise, to guard against fire and protect tho property in tho exhibition ; but the Commissioners will not be responsible for losses by fire, robbory, acoidont, or damage of any kind. Medils or certificates of inorit will be awarded in tho different classes Prices may be affixed to the articles exhibited. Articles of great size and weight, the plaoing of which will requiro considerable labor, must bo sent on or before tho 14th of June ; and penons wishing to exhibit machinery or other objeots that will requiro foundations, must make a declaration to that effeot in their application for space. Any exhibitor vyhosq goods can properly be placed together will be at liberty to arrange such gooda in his own way, provided his arrangemonts are compatible with the gonoral scheme of tho exhibition, and the convenience of other exhibitors. Exhibitors may not romovo their gooda or substitute others for them during the period the oxhibition shall remain open withon leave from the Gomiuiteionera,
