An oxhibibion of tho products, manufactures, and arts of Neiv South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and Victoria, will be held in Melbourne in 1866. The Exhibition will open not earlier than the month of August, apd will remain open for not less thau two months. The Commissioners will be prepared to receive articles intended for exhibition from the Ist to the 21st. of July inclusive. In order togivo the Commissioners tho opportunity of making adequate arrapgements, forms of application for space should be sent in without delay, nnd in no case will applications be received later than the 17th June, 1866. loteuding exhibitors are requested to give a full description of their goods on the form on the other side and particularly to describe all points of novelty or originality in the objeots exhibited. Exhibitoiß must state whether they are the designers, inventors, manufacturers, or producers of the articles they propose bo exhibit. Tlio Commissioners reserve to themselves the right to receive for exhibiion only, and not for oompetition (if space admit), any object nofr the pijoduco of tho above-mentioned Colonies, which may be considered to posses* especial merit. The Commissioners decline to receive any article thoy may think unsuitable to the Exhibition, or objects of nn inflammatory, offensive, perishable, or dangerous character. Counters and wall space will be provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be delivered at the building at the charge nnd risk of the exhibitor,. Articles and paokages will be unloaded at the building. Should the exhibitors or their agents pot be present, the paokages will be opened by .the officers of, tho Exhibition, and tho contents distributed with care, bub at the risk of the exhibitrfr Tiokobs will bo issued to every oxbipfyor, his agent, or servant, to onable.him to pass into the building between certain hours to arrange tho nrtigles for exhibition- Theso tickets must bo produced on entranco, and given up when required. Exhibitors, may employ assistants to keep in order tho articles they oxhibit, or to explain them to visitors, after obtaining written permission from the Commissioners bo that effeot. Free admission, within limits* to be fixed by blp iommissionors, will be given bo visitors or their agents. .
