Attention is to bo paid, as heretofore, to tho movements of the semaphore. The lower mast has been boarded to seaward, showing a flat surface of 17 in., painted whito to mako it inoro conspicuous. Tho skeleton beacon is 16 ft* high abovo tho upper part of tho bank, and a flag-polo 6 ft. above that showing red flag. Tho signals in use at tho Grey aro tht samo as thoso at the port of Holcitika.
