Regulations for tub guidance of Intending Exmni tors. An exhibition of the products, manufactures, and arts of New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and Victoria, will bo held in Mol bourne in 1806. The Exhibition will open not earlier than the month of August, and will remain open for not less than two months. • The Commissioners will be prepared to receivo articles intended for exhibition from fcho Ist t the 21st of July inclusive. In order to give tho Commissioners the opportunity of making adequate arrangements, forms of application for space should be sont in without delay, and in no caso will applications be recoived later than the 17th Juno, 1806. Intending exhibitors aro requests! to givo a full description of their goods on the form on the other side, and particularly to describe all points of novelty or originality in the objects exhibited. Exhibitors must state whether they are the designers, inventors, manufacturers, or producers of the articles they propose to exhibit. The Commissioners reserve to themselves the right to receivo for exhibition only, and not for competition (if spaco admit), any object not iho produce of the above-mentioned Colonies, which may be considered to possess especial merit. The Commissioners decline to receive any article they may think unsuitable to the Exhibition, or objects of an inflammatory, offensive, perishable, or dangerous character. Counters and wall space will be provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be delivered at the building at the chargo aud risk of the exhibitor. Articles and packages will bo unloaded at the building. Should the exhibitors or their agents nol be present, the packages will be opened by the officers of the Exhibition, and the contents distributed with care, but at tho risk of tho exhibitor. Tickets will be issued to every oxhibitor, his agent, or servant, to enable him to pass into the building botween' certain hours to arrange tho articles for exhibition- These tickets must be produced on entrance, and given up when required. Exhibitors may employ assistants to kcop in order the articles they exhibit, or to explain them to visitors, after obtaining written permission from the Commissioners to that effeot. Freo admission, within limits to be fixed by the Commissioners, will be given to visitors or their agents. Effectual means will bo taken, through tbo agency of the police and otherwise, to guaul against fire and protect the property in tho exhibition ; but the Commissioners will not be responsible for losses by fire, robbery, accident, or damago of any kind. Medals or certificates of merit will bo awarded iv tho different classes Prices may be affixed to the articles exhibited. Articles of great size and weight,' tho placing of which will require considerable labor, must bo sent on or before tho 14th of June ; and pepsons wishing to exhibit machinery or other objects that will require foundations, must make a declaration to that effect in their application for space. A'>y oxhibitor whoso goods can properly bo placed together will bo at liberty to arrange such goods in his own way, provided his arrangements aro compatible with tbe general scheme of tup exhibition, and tho convenience of other exhibitors.
