All that block of land containing about ten thousand acres, situate on tho West Coast of the province of Canterbury, bounded on the north by the River Grey, on the west by the seashore, on the south by the River Tore, makau, and on the oust by a line on the average, two miles distant from and parallel to the western boundary before-mentioned.
