Hawkins — Mr O'Loughlin for plaintiff, Mr South for the defonce. Thin Mas ft remanded wa^es case, and a verdict for the defendant was returned. Anderson and Co v. Wagner— Mr South for the pluntiff, Mr O'Loughlin for the defendant. After tho evidence for tho plaintiff had I een heard tho case was further postpoued till this day, and the court then adjourned.
