TO SUBSCRIBERS, ADVERTISERS, AND THE PUBLIC. The opportunity is now afforded tho proprietors of this journal, by the arrival of a steam printing raachiuo and tho necessary plant, of announcing its early issue as a DAILY NEWSPAPER. The first number of tho West Coast Times, as a daily journal, will be published on the 2nd January next. Tho Subscription \yill be Twelve SnitLiNas per Month, to be paid in advance Subscriptions will be received only at tho Publishing Ofiico, or by an authorised Collector. In tho delivery of tho paper tho convenience of tho subscribers will be consulted in tho first instance. Tho uso of efficient machinery will enablo tho wholo issuo for subscribers to be delivered between tho hours of six and seven on tho mornings of publication. Subscribers aro requested to provido boxes or other receptacles to facilitate a speedy delivery of their papers. The hours nt which each day's publication commences and closes will bo announced in tho following morning's papor for' the information of subscribers; and it is requested that any complaint of irregularity o.i delay in delivery may bo mado to tho Publisher in writing. Tho Scalo of Cliarges for advertisements will bo reconstructed. No advertisements will bo received lator than soven o'clock on the eveningprior to publication, with'tho exception of auction advertisements, wnich will bo taken up to eight o'clock p.m. Any Advertisements received after thoso hours will bo charged double AH notices inserted abovo the leader will bo charged double the price of ordinary advertisements. Engraved cuts in advertisements will not in any case bo admitted, A Monthly Summary of News will be specially printed for despatch by tho outgoing English Mails, Parties requiring extra copios of theso issues aro requested to send thoir ordors to tho publishing offico, is early as convenient, on the day prior to publication. Persons rostdijig at a distanco from town desirous of having the Summary edition posted to foreign places, may mako nnangoments with tho Publisher for that purnoso. Captains of vossols in will bo furnished gratuitously with copies of tho paper on sending to tho oflico. Hotelkcopers subscribing for two copios of tho Times will boTentitled to any extra number of copies they may require, at ono half tho ovdiuary rate of Hubscriptiop',
