TO SPBSCRinKUS, ADVERTISERS, AND THE PUBLIC. Tho opportunity is now afforded tho proprietors of this journal, by lue'nrrivtil of a steam printing machine nud tho necessary plant, of announcing its eaily iwue ns a DAILY NEWSPAPER. The first number of the West Coast Times, as a daily journal, will be published on the 2nd January next. The Subscription will be Twelve Shillings per Month, to be paid in advance. Subscriptions will be received only at tho Publishing OlVice, or by aa authorised Collector. In the delivery of tho paper tho convenience of the subscribers will be consulted in the first instanco. Tho use of efficient machinery will enable the \vhole issno for nubscribers to be delivered between the hours of six aud seven oir the mornings of publication. Subscribers aro requested to provide boxes or other receptacles to fapilitatc a speedy delivery of their papers. The hours at which each day's pub'icalion commences and closes will bo announced in tho following morning's paper for the information of subscribers; nnd it is' requested that any complaint of irregularity or delay in delivery may be mado to tho Publisher in, writing. The Scale of Charges for advertiscmculs will be reconstructed. No advertisements will be received later than seven o'clock on the evening prior to publication, with tho exception of auction advertisements, whjcli will bo taken up to eight o'clock p.m. Any Adverlisements received after those hours will bo charged double.All notices inserted above tho loader will bo charged double the price of ordinary advertisements. Engraved cuts in advertisements will not in any caso be' admitted, A Monthly Rummaiiv of News will bo specially printed for despatch by tho outgoing | Kng'ish Mails. Parties requiring oxlra copies \ of tliC3o issues aro requested to send their orders to the publishing office, ns early as convenient, on the day pi ior to publication. Persons rosiding at a distance from town desirous of having the Summary edition posted to foreißU phiccs, may mako arrangements with tho Publiflher for that puruose. Captains of vessels in port will be furnished gratuitously with copies of the paper on sending to the office. Holelkcepers subscribing for two copies of the Timf.3 will be entitled to any extra number of copies they may rcquiro, at ono half tho oidinary rale of subscription.
