NOTICE.-. ALL parties who havo paid tho natives •for a right to mine on their Reserves, at Hokitika, aro hereby informed that thoy will havo to send in their names to Mr Salo, at Hokitika, within One Month from date, in ordor that miners' rights may be issued to them. Persons "neglecting to comply with tho above notice will Fo'bfeit tho amount paid. For tho future all persons wishing to take out miner's rights, or a license to cut timber, will apply to Mr Sale. When the bar is only fit for steamers to take, a red flag will bo hoisted on the north flagstaff. When for sailing vessels, a red flag and ball.
