And it is , lieroby further ordored that in tho meantimo, and until tho said 23rd day of November, tho said Alfred Joseph Brown be, and ho is horoby protected in person and estato from arrest, oxecution, or other legal procoss, savo and oxcopt writ of arrest, or procoss to hold to bail, undor an ordor of a Judgo or Bogistrar. And it is hereby further ordered that a mooting of tho creditors of tho said Alfred Josoph Brown shall be hold at a time and placo to bo for that purposo appointed by tho said John Sharp, for tho purposo of rocommonding to this court tho trustees to bo appointed of tho cstato and offeots of tho said Alfred Josoph Brown for tho benofit of his creditors, and thomodotobo adopted for windiug up tho said estato.
