Persons neglecting to comply with tho above notice will FoBFEiT the amount paid. For the future all persons wishing to take out miner's rights, or a license to cut timbor, will apply to Mr Sale. Anjr one mining or cutting timbor on the native reserves without a license will be prosecuted.
