Serious misunderstanding has arisen with Austria, arising from tho refusal of Prussia to reduce her forces in Sshleswig-Holstein.
A banquet given to the liboral members of tho Chamber was dispersed by the military. Similar banquets are announced in various parts of the kingdom.
