THE JARVEY CASE.
The following telegraphic intolligonco is to hand por ovorland mail : — Dunodin, Sept. 10, 1.34 p.m, Tho jury havo convicted Jarvoy, aftoi* fivo hours* deliberation. Tho Judge approved of tho vordict, and sentenced tho prisoner to death. Jarvoy protested his innoconco, said Miss Jarvoy was not his wife's child, and ho forgave- thoso who had plotted away his life.
