PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Kiwitea County Council will be held in the Council Chambers, Kimbolton, on Wednesday, the 19th day of March, 1947, at 11 a.m. for the purpose of confirming a Resolution passed by way of Special Order at a Special Meeting of the said Council held o.t the 19th day of February, 1947, as follows: THAT in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 195 of “The Counties Act. 1920,’ and Section 17 (d) of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926,’’ and of all other Acls and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling (an Order-ln-Coum.il under "The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926,” having been obtained) the Kiwitea County Council hereby re. solves by way of Special Order as follows : 1. That the Council proceed to raise a loan of Eleven Thousand Pounds (£11,000) for the purpose of the acquisition of land for sites for and or the erection of workers’ dwellings in terms of Section 192 of "The Counties' Act, 1920." 2. That such loan of Eleven Thousand Pounds (£11,000) be called “The Workers' Dwel'ings Loan, 1946, of £11,000." 3. That the said sum of Eleven Thousand Pounds (£11.000) to be raised as aforesaid together with interest thereon at the rate of Three pounds five shillings (£3/5/-) per cen. turn per annum be repaid by Fifty (50) half-yearly instalments of Three hundred and twenty three pounds and eight pence (£323/0/8) each, comprising principal and interest. 4.
