High Barometer.
Barometric pressure was very high at Wanganui yesterday, the reading at Castlecliff at 3 p.m. being 30.42 in. The barometer was then falling slightly. For more than a week Wanganui and district have enjoyed a spell of line weather, (he only change being a ligh 4 - southerly, lodowed by cold temperatures for a brief period, in the middle of last week. Yesterday was lino and sunny with, a light westerly wind.
