BEACON FOR U-BOATS
Buenos Aires. Aug. 27. The venerated Christ Redeemer beacon at Rio de Janeiro recently developed a slightjjrregularity. An investigation revealed tiiat Nazi spies ihad used the beacon for signalling to submarines. One operator was arrested and the other shot.
