TO HELP MR. CASEY
DEPUTY MINISTER OF STATE APPOINTED Rugby, Aug. 27. Lord Moyne has been appointed Deputy-Minister of State in the Middle East. 1.0 assist the Hon. R. G. Casey. The volume of work increasout by Mr. Casey has greatly increased and the presence of the second Minister will enable visits to be made to main centres outside Egypt. Lord Moyne will have Cabinet rank. —E.O.W. ~
