New Zealand riders and their mounts are: L. J. Ellis, Disdain; T. Webster, Stretto; M. McCarten. Branzandt; A. Reed, The Trump; E. Bartie, Early Bird.
Manolive galloped ten furlongs in 2.141 at Epsom to-day. Nuffield, who did a mile the right-handed way in 1.54, seems to be all right.
Nuffield is greatly improved and may run at Sydney in the St. Leger. D. Munro rides Hamurah in the Newmarket.
Highborn was scratched for the Australian Cup.
The jockey Phillips has lodged an appeal against the six months' disqualification imposed at Caulfield last Saturday.
